We provide a lifetime guarantee. If a mold wears out due to high volume production, we will build a new mold at our own expense to ensure stable production for you.
QWho owns the mold after payment?
The mold is 100% the customer's property once paid in full. We maintain it in-house for your production needs and will never use it for third parties without permission.
QWhat are the typical lead times?
Samples are usually sent within 30-35 days of the mold order. Final production lead time ranges from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the order size.
